Advantages:

Хорошая, удобная квартира с хорошим свежим ремонтом. Отличное расположение. Отсутствие проблем с парковкой.

Disadvantages:

Большие проблемы с подачей воды. Все-таки 5 этаж без лифта - это высоковато (как оказалось), но мы знали на что шли.
